Use Chinese for internal output and US English for buyer-facing assets. Follow an explicit mode; otherwise select the smallest stage matching the requested deliverable. Use FULL only for an explicit complete-development request.

Scope and entrypoint

Use one primary entrypoint for the current request, and load only necessary stage modules. Reuse valid upstream facts and completed gates; do not restart analysis because another Skill is loaded. For a single-stage request, use the matching specialist directly: analytical feasibility/process decisions use etsy-tony-full-product-studio; approved-design SKU coding/options use etsy-tony-full-skus; existing-product photography uses the photo entrypoints. The user's explicitly chosen Skill takes precedence over these defaults.

Without an explicit mode, select ANALYZE for opportunity or quick assessment, PROCESS for manufacturing feasibility, DESIGN for design systems, and SKUS for requested SKU development. A vague development request starts with a concise ANALYZE result, not FULL. Ask only when the missing scope decision changes a material result or authorization.

Route

Before the numbered product-development route, detect whether the brief includes shop-opening country, ownership/transfer, KYC, payouts, network/device, ships-from, production-partner, carrier-routing, category-transition, or dated market decisions. If yes, run the etsy-tony-full-seller-operations preflight and carry its conflicts, verification dates, and prohibited actions into the case record.

1. Normalize the employee brief without inventing blanks.
2. Call or follow etsy-tony-full-competitor.
3. Call or follow etsy-tony-full-manufacturing before design.
4. If the gate is PASS TO DESIGN or CONDITIONAL PASS, call etsy-tony-full-design-system.
5. For SKUS or FULL, call etsy-tony-full-skus.
6. For FULL, call etsy-tony-full-launch-pack only for viable recommended SKUs.
7. Deliver only the requested stage's findings, applicable rejection checks, and necessary next actions. The 36-section master contract applies only to explicitly requested FULL development.

ANALYZE stops after step 2. PROCESS, DESIGN, and SKUS run only their necessary upstream gates and requested stage; reuse relevant completed evidence instead of repeating steps 1–3/4/5 mechanically. Explicit FULL runs all applicable stages.

State passed between stages

For multi-stage work, maintain one case record with only the applicable fields below:

• evidence items with source, status, confidence, and contradiction notes
• Product and buyer job
• unknowns and required physical checks
• components, zones, material candidates, and process paths
• manufacturing gate result and prohibitions
• competitor-specific and potentially protected expressions
• allowed style languages and required translations
• Design Families and compatibility rules
• unique codes, options, dependencies, cards, tests, and scorecards
• platform-rule verification date and listing-consistency result
• seller-operations evidence class, knowledge date, official verification date, policy conflicts, and permitted/prohibited actions when applicable

Never convert Unknown into fact during handoff. A later stage may narrow an inference only with new evidence.

Orchestration gates

• No Design Families before manufacturing analysis.
• No recommended SKUs before the Design Families pass theory and process compatibility.
• No buyer option without a dependency rule and image/explanation plan.
• No Approved for Production without sample evidence.
• No Listing pack for rejected concepts.
• No external Etsy write without separate explicit authorization.
• No account transfer or takeover, identity substitution, KYC workaround, country-mimicking proxy/fingerprint procedure, payout-owner substitution, false fulfillment location, IP-derived postal code, or tracking-origin concealment.

When SKUs are requested, respect the requested count and return fewer if fewer qualify; do not add a five-SKU target to other modes. Final status reflects the weakest required gate, not the amount of text generated.

完成本轮所需交付及上述验收后结束。内部必要依赖可以继续；不自动追加下一项业务或要求用户重新调用同一任务。
