gog

Use gog for Gmail/Calendar/Drive/Contacts/Sheets/Docs. Requires OAuth setup.

Seeded setup

• The deployment harness invokes scripts/setup.sh after install and on credential rotation.
• Setup imports OAuth client credentials from MAVERICK_GOG_CREDENTIALS_JSON_B64.
• Setup imports the refresh-token payload from MAVERICK_GOG_TOKEN_IMPORT_JSON_B64.
• Use GOG_KEYRING_BACKEND=file with GOG_KEYRING_PASSWORD for headless runtimes.
• After setup, normal gog commands refresh short-lived Google access tokens on demand from the stored refresh token.
• Setup writes the supplied credential state unconditionally. Only rerun it with the freshest token payload.

Setup (once)

• gog auth credentials /path/to/client_secret.json
• gog auth add you@gmail.com --services gmail,calendar,drive,contacts,sheets,docs
• gog auth list

Notes

• Set GOG_ACCOUNT=you@gmail.com to avoid repeating --account.
• For scripting, prefer --json plus --no-input.
• Sheets values can be passed via --values-json (recommended) or as inline rows.
• Docs supports export/cat/copy. In-place edits require a Docs API client (not in gog).
• Confirm before sending mail or creating events.
