Subskill Generation Rule

该 Skill 以规则文档形式规定子技能生成时的文件组织方式：推荐将结果产物放入 data/，将新功能脚本放入 subskills/<feature>/，每个功能独立目录，并按需在功能目录内添加 SKILL.md，以保持主技能根目录整洁。它仅提供约定，不包含自动执行脚本。
