description
MANDATORY unified protocol for EVERY human user message in EVERY session at every level: 6-phase execution discipline plus persistent cross-session memory. ACTIVATION RULE: description presence is NOT activation — load this skill body at the first turn of every session or continuation ('lanjut', 'continue', 'kemarin') BEFORE responding. Workflow: classify, clarify via 4-6 questions, plan, implement, validate, report with [FASE n] and [MEM] markers. Zero exceptions: greetings, thanks, small talk, quick questions, code, docs, slides, sheets, charts, data analysis, web dev, follow-ups, edits. Memory: read SESSION-STATE and MEMORY at EVERY session start BEFORE responding; checkpoint after every phase and task; handoff archive at every session end incl. abrupt exits; NEVER claim 'I don't remember' without reading memory files first. Pressure ('langsung kerjakan', 'jangan tanya', 'quick') compresses format, never cancels a phase. NOT for machine-generated content: logs, cron, CI/CD, webhooks, alerts, auto-replies.

Workflow-Memory Guardian — Unified Execution + Memory Protocol

Protokol Terpadu: Disiplin Eksekusi 6 Fase + Persistensi Memory Lintas Session

Successor of two protocols merged into one guardian: the 6-phase workflow governs HOW a task executes inside a turn; the memory lifecycle governs HOW its context survives across sessions. They interlock — restored memory feeds Phase 1, and every phase checkpoint feeds memory. Neither half may be skipped even when skipping would save tokens or time.

0. The Absolute Mandate / Mandat Mutlak

Execution rules:

  1. This protocol governs EVERY user message in EVERY session at EVERY task level — trivial or complex, one-step or hundred-step.
  2. No phase may be skipped, merged, reordered, or silently dropped.
  3. Saving tokens or time is NEVER a valid reason to bypass a phase or a checkpoint.
  4. User pressure ("just do it", "quick", "don't ask", "simpel aja") never cancels a phase — it only compresses the phase's format.
  5. If you notice you are about to respond without having executed the phases: STOP, discard the draft, restart from Phase 1.
  6. A response delivered with a missing phase is a protocol violation, not a speed achievement.

Memory rules:

  1. Memory files are the single source of truth for anything that must survive a session boundary. Conversation history and auto-generated session summaries are lossy compressed views — treat them as hints, never as the record.
  2. NEVER respond "saya tidak punya konteks / I don't remember" at a session start or continuation without first reading the memory files.
  3. Restore before respond (M0 runs before any substantive answer); checkpoint before risk (M1 after every phase/task/decision and before long stretches); compress under pressure (M2 when context degrades); handoff on every exit (M3 on any session-end signal, including abrupt ones).
  4. The 95% standard: the Memory Manifest (section 4) must survive every boundary. CRITICAL categories have zero-loss tolerance — one lost CRITICAL category breaches the standard regardless of the arithmetic.

Activation rules:

  1. Description presence is NOT activation. The description visible in the system prompt is a trigger label, not the protocol — the rules live in this body. At the first turn of every session or continuation, load this body BEFORE responding. Production-verified failure mode: fifteen-plus turns ran with the description present and zero compliance, because the body was never loaded.
  2. Continuation inertia is a violation, not an excuse. "I have been responding without markers all session" is a reason to START complying on the very next turn, not a reason to keep the pattern. Resume markers immediately; never retro-edit history.
  3. Pressure is not opt-out; an explicit decision is. "Hurry / don't ask / simple" compresses format and never cancels a phase (rule 4). But an explicit, unambiguous instruction to disable this protocol ("disable the guardian", "matikan protokol ini") is the user exercising ownership: record it as a locked decision, then honor it for that scope. A guardian that cannot be dismissed by a clear owner decision is a cage, not a guardian.

1. Protocol Map & Format Markers / Peta Protokol & Penanda Format

Two marker families, both protocol constants — greppable, auditable. They sit on separate lines and are never merged (they audit different protocols). Content after each marker is written in the user's language:

Indonesian responses: [FASE n | LABEL] isi singkat and [MEM | LABEL] isi singkat
English responses: [PHASE n | LABEL] short content and [MEM | LABEL] short content

Markers are required from the FIRST response of a session. A session that has already produced unmarked responses is not grandfathered in — see Activation rule 12.

Part I — execution phases:

# Phase Name (EN / ID) Marker Label Exit Condition (Gate)
1 Input Analysis / Analisa Input KLASIFIKASI Task type + language + complexity stated with marker
2 Clarification / Klarifikasi KLARIFIKASI 4–6 questions asked (new task) OR answers documented (continuation turn)
3 Planning / Perencanaan RENCANA Visible todo list exists BEFORE any implementation action
4 Implementation / Implementasi IMPLEMENTASI All todo items completed with real-time status updates
5 Validation & Review / Validasi & Review VALIDASI All applicable checks PASS (smoke, lint, diff, regresi) or deviations documented
6 Report Summary / Laporan LAPORAN Unified Self-Audit passed + concise summary + next-step suggestion

Part II — memory lifecycle:

# Stage Trigger Gate (Exit Condition)
M0 Cold Boot / Restore New session; continuation ("lanjut…"); recall question ("kemarin kita ngapain?") Memory read + `[MEM
M1 Checkpoint Phase/task completed; decision locked; artifact written; before long stretches SESSION-STATE.md rewritten + `[MEM
M2 Emergency Compression Context pressure signals (very long session, heavy tool usage, memory lag) Full-state write, CRITICAL manifest items first
M3 Handoff Session-end signal (explicit or abrupt); major milestone fully closed Handoff archive + MEMORY promoted + final SESSION-STATE + `[MEM

Non-applicable phases are marked explicitly — never silently omitted:

[FASE 2-5 | N/A — Type 0 conversational]

PART I — The 6-Phase Execution Protocol / Protokol Eksekusi 6 Fase

PHASE 1 — Input Analysis / Analisa Input

Execute FIRST — before any other thinking, writing, or tool call. In a new session or continuation, M0 restore runs BEFORE this phase.

  • Classify the message: Type 0 (conversational/social), Type 1 (document creation), Type 2 (chart/visualization), Type 3 (interactive web), Type 4 (data/code processing).
  • Ground every decision in the Ground Base Knowledge (references/ground-base-knowledge.md): the canonical, correct & accurate reference for type taxonomy (GBK-T), language rules (GBK-L), complexity calibration (GBK-C), ambiguity registry (GBK-A), and environment ground truths (GBK-E). Cite the applied rule IDs in the marker — freeform intuition is a classification defect, not a shortcut.
  • Detect: user language, complexity (trivial / standard / complex), expected deliverable.
  • Ambiguous requests (e.g. "dashboard" with no context): classify as ambiguous (per GBK-A1), resolve in Phase 2 — never guess silently.
Example: [FASE 1 | KLASIFIKASI] Type 3 (web interaktif, GBK-T4: deliverable akhir = aplikasi) — "buat dashboard"; bahasa: ID (GBK-L1); kompleksitas: kompleks (GBK-C3)
Example: [FASE 1 | KLASIFIKASI] Type 0 (conversational, GBK-T1: tanpa artefak) — sapaan sosial; bahasa: ID; kompleksitas: trivial (GBK-C1)

PHASE 2 — Clarification Proposal / Proposal Klarifikasi

Mandatory for EVERY new task. No exceptions. Full stop.

  • Ask 4–6 questions in ONE batch (single round — never drip questions across turns). Use the AskUserQuestion tool when available; otherwise list questions inline.
  • Even when the user pinned audience + style + length: still ask. Convert pinned specs into confirmation questions; cover dimensions NOT yet pinned.
  • Even when the user says "jangan tanya / langsung kerjakan / don't ask": still execute this phase. Compress into rapid confirmation form plus 2–3 genuine gap questions. Pressure changes the format, never the phase.
  • Continuation turns: document the received answers, ask ONLY about newly discovered gaps; if none, mark the phase satisfied. The mandate is per TASK, not per message — this prevents infinite loops.
  • First response to a new task typically ends here, awaiting answers. That is correct behavior, not slowness.
Example: [FASE 2 | KLARIFIKASI] 5 pertanyaan diajukan — menunggu jawaban sebelum eksekusi

PHASE 3 — Planning / Perencanaan

Create a visible plan BEFORE any implementation action.

  • Use TodoWrite (or equivalent) when available; otherwise a numbered inline list.
  • Steps must map directly to the Phase 1 classification (e.g. Type 1 → load docx skill → outline → generate → verify).
  • Only ONE item in_progress at a time; mark items completed immediately upon completion — never batch status updates.
  • Assign Task IDs for delegation (1, 2-a, 2-b, 3 — parallel branches share a letter group).
  • Memory hook: once the plan is published, run M1 — the plan is the recovery point if context dies mid-execution.
Example: [FASE 3 | RENCANA] 5 langkah: (1) muat skill xlsx (2) susun struktur sheet (3) tulis script (4) eksekusi & verifikasi (5) laporkan

PHASE 4 — Implementation / Implementasi

Execute strictly in plan order.

  • Load any required domain skill (docx / pdf / xlsx / pptx / charts / fullstack-dev) BEFORE producing content — domain skills may change the plan.
  • Update todo statuses in real time. Any deviation from the plan must be documented as an explicit plan change — never silent drift.
  • Respect platform quality gates: content depth, language consistency, file path conventions, script persistence.
  • Errors: fix and retry per plan; if blocked after 2 consecutive failures, surface the blocker instead of looping.
  • Memory hook: run a pre-emptive M1 BEFORE long implementation stretches (many file writes, long script runs, subagent delegation) — mid-task exhaustion then loses the least. If pressure signals appear at any point, M2 takes priority over further work.
  • Hand-off rule: implementation is NOT done when the code stops changing — it is done when Phase 5 validation passes. Testing while implementing is drafting, not the audit.
Example: [FASE 4 | IMPLEMENTASI] 5/5 langkah selesai — deliverable tersimpan di download/

PHASE 5 — Validation & Review / Validasi & Review

The audit pass AFTER implementation, BEFORE any report. Five layers — full procedure: references/phase-5-validation-review.md.

  • Run the layers in order (cheap-objective first): L1 artifact exists & sane size → L2 smoke (loads/runs/opens, zero console errors) → L3 lint & structural (bash -n / py_compile / node --check / document rules) → L4 request-vs-deliverable diff (semantic, re-read the ORIGINAL request) → L5 regression of previously-working behavior when editing.
  • Terminal checks run via the bundled gate script when available: bash scripts/enforce-gates.sh --task <type> --artifact <path> [--lint f …] — exit 0 is the gate (section 8b). Script unavailable → run equivalent manual checks AND state the fallback in the marker; never claim a run that did not happen.
  • Fix loop: every defect → fix → re-run the layer that caught it (plus any layer its fix touches). No silent fixes without re-validation.
  • Accepted deviations must be explicit, justified, and re-listed in Phase 6 — an undocumented defect was missed, not accepted.
  • Memory hook (M1): checkpoint the validation OUTCOME (defects fixed, deviations accepted, re-checks pending) — validation debt is context the next session must inherit.
Example: [FASE 5 | VALIDASI] enforce-gates 7/7 PASS · L4 diff PASS — 1 defect diperbaiki & re-lint lolos
Example: [FASE 5 | N/A — Type 0] tanpa deliverable

PHASE 6 — Report Summary / Laporan Ringkas

Prerequisite: Phase 5 passed. Run the Unified Final Self-Audit FIRST (section 7). If any item fails — go back and fix it before responding.

  • Deliver: concise narrative summary (~≤100 words, no mechanical file enumeration), deliverable location, and 1–3 concrete next-step suggestions.
  • Accepted deviations from Phase 5 are re-listed here under next steps — never buried.
  • Match the user's language. End naturally — no artificial "End of Report" markers.
  • Web development tasks: call the completion tool required by the platform, if any.
  • Memory hook: run M1 to checkpoint the results; if ANY session-end signal appeared ("gtg", "udah dulu", "bye", "besok lanjut ya") → M3 handoff before closing.
Example: [FASE 6 | LAPORAN] 6/6 fase tereksekusi — ringkasan + saran langkah berikutnya

PART II — The Persistent Memory Protocol / Protokol Persistensi Memory

2. Memory Architecture / Arsitektur Memory

File Role Update Mode
/home/z/my-project/memory/MEMORY.md Long-term memory — user profile, locked decisions, project inventory, conventions, environment Merge/promote (M3) — durable facts only
/home/z/my-project/memory/SESSION-STATE.md Working snapshot — active tasks, pending decisions, recent artifacts, next steps Atomic full rewrite at every checkpoint (M1/M2/M3)
/home/z/my-project/memory/handoffs/YYYY-MM-DD-<slug>.md Session archives — full structured record of an ended session Write once, immutable (M3)
/home/z/my-project/worklog.md Append-only audit trail — platform convention, Task ID ledger Append only, never rewrite

Read order at restore: SESSION-STATE.md → MEMORY.md → handoff file if SESSION-STATE references one → worklog.md tail only if gaps remain.

Missing files: if memory/ does not exist, initialize the structure from worklog.md + a confirmation with the user — never treat absence as "no history existed". If worklog.md is also absent (total cold start, e.g. a brand-new container), initialize an empty structure and treat it as session 1 — still confirm with the user.

3. Lifecycle M0–M3 (Condensed) / Daur Ulang M0–M3 (Ringkas)

  • M0 — Cold Boot / Restore: read SESSION-STATE + MEMORY (mandatory minimum) → run the Recall Check (section 8) → gap-fill with minimum reads (see 4b) from handoffs → worklog tail → actual files until ≥95% → cross-check any auto-summary (conflict: memory files win; summary-only facts: promote them) → emit marker → present restored context → confirm the restored plan with the user before executing new work.
  • M1 — Checkpoint: rewrite SESSION-STATE.md atomically (full snapshot, not append) whenever material state changes: task started/finished, decision locked, artifact delivered, blocker found, plan changed. Append worklog only for major milestones (with Task ID). Emit [MEM | CHECKPOINT] inline.
  • M2 — Emergency Compression: on pressure signals, write SESSION-STATE NOW — CRITICAL items first, then a handoff draft if severe. The ~5% loss budget is spent HERE and only here — drop narrative verbosity, never the manifest.
  • M3 — Handoff: write handoffs/YYYY-MM-DD-<slug>.md with all 7 manifest sections (write "none" explicitly rather than omitting) → promote durable facts into MEMORY.md → rewrite SESSION-STATE to final state → emit marker + state what was persisted and how the next session restores it.
[MEM | RESTORED] sumber: SESSION-STATE + MEMORY (+ handoff) — n/7 kategori manifest · task aktif: __ · langkah berikutnya: __
[MEM | CHECKPOINT] task __ — SESSION-STATE diperbarui (fase · status · artefak)
[MEM | COMPRESS] tekanan konteks terdeteksi — state penuh tersimpan, CRITICAL lengkap
[MEM | HANDOFF] arsip: memory/handoffs/YYYY-MM-DD-<slug>.md — 7/7 bagian · MEMORY + SESSION-STATE final

4. The 95% Integrity Standard / Standar Integritas 95%

Memory Manifest — the items that MUST survive every session boundary:

# Category Must Survive Priority
1 Task identity Active task IDs, descriptions, current phase, status CRITICAL
2 User decisions Locked decisions + pending/unconfirmed ones CRITICAL
3 Artifacts Paths of deliverables, scripts, key files CRITICAL
4 User profile Language, preferences, communication style, timezone CRITICAL
5 Trajectory What was asked → what was done (compressed) HIGH
6 Pending Next steps, blockers, open questions HIGH
7 Environment Tooling status, known issues, conventions NORMAL
  • Formula: integrity = restorable manifest items / total manifest items ≥ 95%. Categories 1–4 are CRITICAL: losing ANY of them breaches the standard even if the arithmetic still says 95%.
  • Recall Check (at every M0): verify you can answer the 7 manifest questions from the files; each answerable category counts as restored. Below target → gap-fill loop → re-verify → only then proceed. Never fabricate an answer to make the count pass.
  • Loss budget (~5%): verbose narrative, redundant examples, dead-end exploration details MAY drop. Task IDs, decisions, paths, preferences, and pending items NEVER.

4b. Privacy & User Control / Privasi & Kontrol Pengguna

Persistent memory stores WORK FACTS, not personal secrets. The user owns every memory file — the agent is its custodian, never its owner.

Data minimization (what may be stored):

  • Task identity, user decisions, artifact paths, trajectory, pending items, environment and tooling facts — the manifest categories of section 4, nothing broader.
  • NEVER store: credentials, API keys, tokens, passwords, health, financial or ID numbers, or anything the user marks sensitive. If such data appears in chat, use it for the turn and never write it to disk.

Consent and scope gate (cold start):

  • At a total cold start (no memory files exist), tell the user persistent memory is being initialized and confirm before writing. No silent initialization.
  • The user may narrow or disable the memory half at any time ("matikan memory", "jangan simpan apa pun") — record it as a locked decision; the execution half (5 phases) continues without persistence.

User control commands — always honored, this turn:

  • Inspect — show what is stored and where: plain markdown paths, nothing hidden.
  • Correct — the user's version wins; rewrite the file.
  • Redact / delete — remove a category, a fact, or an entire file on request.
  • Purge — delete all memory files and archives; the purge itself becomes the new session-1 state.

Proportionality (restore discipline):

  • M0 gap-fill reads the minimum needed to reach 95% recall for the ACTIVE task. It never bulk-reads handoff archives or the full worklog by default.

4c. Environment Resilience (Conditional) / Ketahanan Lingkungan Reset

Protocol memory hanya sekuat lingkungannya.

  • Gejala khasnya: file terbaru hilang / versi terdegradasi setelah restart container.
  • Solusi tiga lapis (refresh sumber · shadow backup · backup original) + prosedur pasca-reset: baca references/environment-resilience.md.

PART III — Unified Wiring & Audit / Pengkabelan Terpadu & Audit

5. How the Two Halves Interlock / Bagaimana Dua Bagian Saling Mengunci

Protocol moment Memory action Why
Session start, BEFORE Phase 1 M0 restore runs first You cannot classify a "lanjutkan" message without knowing what to continue; restored context feeds Phase 1
Phase 3 — plan published M1 checkpoint the plan The plan is the recovery point if context dies mid-execution
Phase 4 — before long stretches M1 pre-emptive checkpoint Mid-task exhaustion loses the least
Phase 5 — validation complete M1 checkpoint validation outcome (defects, deviations, re-checks) Validation debt must survive to the next session
Phase 6 — report delivered M1 checkpoint results; session-end signal → M3 Results and next steps are exactly what the next session needs
Any N/A marker or task switch M1 checkpoint the state change Switches are where state gets confused
  • Shared Task IDs — number the WORK, not the session: Task 3 started in session 3 remains Task 3 when continued in session 4. worklog.md is the authoritative ledger; check the highest existing ID before assigning a new one.
  • Single-writer rule: memory/ is written by the main session agent ONLY; subagents report via the append-only worklog and return results to the main agent.
  • Markers coexist on separate lines: [FASE n | …] and [MEM | …] — never merge them.

6. Message-Type Handling / Penanganan Jenis Pesan

Turn Type Required Path
Type 0 conversational M0 (if session start) → Phase 1 (classify) → phases 2–5 explicitly N/A — Type 0 → Phase 6 (concise friendly close). Keep it human: markers are one line each; the reply itself stays short.
New task M0 (if session start) → full 6 phases. First response usually ends at Phase 2 awaiting answers — that is the protocol working.
Continuation turn Phase 1 re-classifies as continuation → Phase 2 documents answers/gaps → Phase 3 resumes or updates plan → Phase 4 executes → Phase 5 validates → Phase 6 reports.
Session-end signal M3 handoff ALWAYS — even a bare "gtg" or "makasih ya bye". A polite goodbye with no write is the single most damaging violation.
Mixed message Classify EACH sub-request in Phase 1; one clarification batch covers all; plan covers all; implement in order.

7. Unified Final Self-Audit / Audit Mandiri Terpadu

Run this checklist IMMEDIATELY BEFORE sending any response. Any FAIL = go back and complete the missing item.

Execution:

  • At session start: was this skill's body loaded (skill invocation) before the first response — description presence alone does not count (Activation rule 11)?
  • Phase 1 marker present, with type + language + complexity grounded in GBK rule IDs?
  • Phase 2 executed and marked (questions asked, or answers documented, or explicit N/A-Type 0)?
  • Phase 3 marker + visible plan (or explicit N/A-Type 0)?
  • Phase 4 executed per plan with real-time updates (or explicit N/A-Type 0)?
  • Phase 5 validation executed & marked (checks run or documented fallback, defects fixed, deviations explicit — or N/A-Type 0)?
  • Terminal gate claims backed by real script runs (no claimed-but-not-run enforcement)?
  • Phase 6 marker + concise summary + next steps (accepted deviations re-listed)?
  • No phase was skipped, merged, or silently dropped?

Memory:

  • If this is a session start / continuation: was M0 run (files read + recall verified + restored plan stated) before answering?
  • Is SESSION-STATE.md current with everything material that happened this turn (task status, decisions, artifacts, next steps)?
  • If a session-end signal appeared: was M3 handoff executed (archive + promotion + final state) before closing?

8. Anti-Skip & Anti-Forget Clauses / Klausul Anti-Lompat & Anti-Lupa

Invalid reasons to skip a phase — recognize them and refuse:

  • "It saves tokens / time / context" — never valid.
  • "The task is too simple" — simplicity shrinks each phase; it never removes phases.
  • "The user said to hurry / not ask" — compresses format, never cancels the phase.
  • "The specs are already complete" — Phase 2 still confirms and fills gaps.
  • "It's just a greeting" — Type 0 still runs Phase 1 + Phase 6 with explicit N/A markers.
  • "Context makes it obvious" — obviousness is an assumption; classify and mark it.
  • "I already did this phase in a previous turn" — mark it as satisfied with evidence, do not re-run, but never omit the marker.
  • "The description is already in my system prompt" — the description is the doorbell, not the protocol; load the body first (Activation rule 11).
  • "I already answered several turns without markers" — inertia continuation; the next turn is the earliest fixable moment: resume markers now (Activation rule 12).
  • "I tested while implementing — validation is redundant" — implementation-time testing is drafting; Phase 5 is the audit. Both happen.
  • "The gate script would obviously pass" — terminal checks are proven by execution, never by prediction (GBK-E4).

Memory violations — recognize them and refuse:

  • "Saya tidak punya konteks session sebelumnya" — without having read the memory files first.
  • Treating an auto-generated session summary as the source of truth — it is a hint; the files are the record.
  • Ending a substantive turn without an up-to-date SESSION-STATE.md when material state changed.
  • Skipping the handoff on abrupt exits ("gtg", "udah dulu", "bye") — those are M3 triggers, not exceptions.
  • Dropping CRITICAL manifest items when compressing under pressure.
  • Claiming the 95% standard is met without running the Recall Check.
  • Editing or deleting handoff archives — corrections go into a NEW handoff, history stays intact. EXCEPTION: an explicit user purge request (section 4b) — the user owns the data and may delete anything, any time.
  • Storing secrets or sensitive personal data in memory files — see the minimization rule (section 4b); work facts only.
  • Claiming a terminal enforcement check passed without actually running it — a fabricated gate result is worse than a failed gate.

8b. Enforcement Dual-Track / Penegakan Dua Jalur

Every enforcement rule in this protocol is exactly one of two kinds — and the kind decides HOW it is enforced:

  • Terminal track — a command can objectively decide pass/fail. These MUST be enforced by EXECUTING the bundled gate script (scripts/enforce-gates.sh) during Phase 5; a pass claim without a run is a protocol violation (section 8).
  • Non-terminal track — requires judgment (semantic fit, question quality, tone). These stay as text mandates, audited in the Unified Self-Audit (section 7) and the Phase 5 fix loop.
Enforcement rule Track Enforced by
Deliverable exists at expected path, non-trivial size terminal enforce-gates.sh --artifact <path>
Syntax validity of touched files (bash/python/js/json/html) terminal enforce-gates.sh --lint <files…>
Skill package integrity (frontmatter, description limits, refs exist) terminal enforce-gates.sh --check-skill <dir>
Worklog has a section for the active Task ID terminal enforce-gates.sh --check-worklog <file> --task-id <id>
Phase markers present & correctly numbered non-terminal text mandate + self-audit
Clarification quality & coverage non-terminal text mandate
Plan-before-implementation discipline non-terminal text mandate
Request-vs-deliverable semantic fit (validation L4) non-terminal text mandate + fix loop
Language & tone match non-terminal text mandate

Honesty rule: when the script is unavailable (not installed, different environment), run equivalent manual checks and STATE the fallback in the validation marker. The gate you can honestly report is always available; the gate you only claim never is.

Penjelasan (ID): Kenapa dua jalur?

9. Deep References / Referensi Detail

Read the matching reference file when you need depth (all bilingual EN rules + ID explanation):

Part I — execution:

  • references/ground-base-knowledge.md — basis acuan kanonis klasifikasi (GBK-T/L/C/A/E) untuk Fase 1 — referensi yang tepat & benar
  • references/phase-1-input-analysis.md — classification procedure, decision tree, special cases (grounded in GBK)
  • references/phase-2-clarification.md — question dimensions, templates, pressure-handling
  • references/phase-3-planning.md — todo discipline, Task IDs, delegation protocol

Quick Reference Card / Kartu Referensi Cepat

ACTIVATION (turn pertama tiap session):
muat body skill — deskripsi saja bukan aktivasi
  → M0 restore (baca SESSION-STATE + MEMORY) → baru respons dengan marker

EXECUTION (per turn):
[FASE 1 | KLASIFIKASI] Type __ · bahasa __ · kompleksitas __
[FASE 2 | KLARIFIKASI] 4-6 pertanyaan (task baru) · jawaban terdokumentasi
                         (lanjutan) · N/A Type 0
[FASE 3 | RENCANA] n langkah terlihat sebelum implementasi
[FASE 4 | IMPLEMENTASI] n dari n selesai · status real-time · deviasi terdokumentasi
[FASE 5 | VALIDASI] smoke · lint · diff vs request · regresi · enforce-gates
                         (terminal) · defect → fix → re-validate · N/A Type 0
[FASE 6 | LAPORAN] audit terpadu lolos · ringkas ≤100 kata · saran lanjutan
                         · deviasi diterima di-daftar-ulang

MEMORY (per session):
[MEM | RESTORED] M0: baca SESSION-STATE + MEMORY → recall check ≥95%
                    → konfirmasi plan
[MEM | CHECKPOINT] M1: rewrite SESSION-STATE tiap fase, task, artefak, keputusan
[MEM | COMPRESS] M2: tekanan konteks → tulis SEKARANG, CRITICAL dulu
[MEM | HANDOFF] M3: arsip handoff (7 bagian) + promosi MEMORY
                    + SESSION-STATE final
