通过 blogwatcher 命令行工具管理博客与 RSS/Atom 订阅源：添加、列出、删除被跟踪的博客，扫描并列出新文章，标记单篇或全部文章为已读，结果以终端文本输出。使用前需通过 Go 安装该命令行工具，扫描时需联网访问订阅源。
