Reaction Processor

通过 shell 脚本把 OpenClaw 闭环工作流中的事件与反应写入 PostgreSQL 的 openclaw_agent_events 和 openclaw_agent_reactions 表，并可在适当时更新触发规则元数据。当前仅覆盖 stale_missions_alert 流程的重复跳过与提案创建两种记录命令。

Record real events and reactions for the current OpenClaw closed loop.

Notes

This skill uses the current real event/reaction pattern already implemented in the workspace.
It works against public.openclaw_agent_events, public.openclaw_agent_reactions, and public.openclaw_trigger_rules.
It is currently scoped to the stale_missions_alert flow.
