Discord Activity Monitor
A presence and status feed for OpenClaw agents, posted to a Discord channel. Tails agent session JSONL files in real time — no ClawView, no status server, no external dependencies beyond Node.js.
What it posts
- Started — when an agent begins a task, with the task description pulled from the initial prompt
- Working — heartbeat every 30s while active, showing what the agent is currently focused on in plain English (from assistant text responses, not tool names)
- Done — completion summary pulled from the agent's final response
- Stalled — warning if an agent goes quiet for 2+ minutes without a clean done signal
Tool calls are never surfaced directly. The feed operates at the task level, not the tool level.
Supports
- All OpenClaw agents (main, dev, research, pa, marketing, product, intake, phone)
- Claude Code sessions (all projects, shows project name in brackets)
