Skill Onboarder

核心功能是自动将新技能接入核心系统，触发后读取技能的SKILL.md、AGENT.md等文件，提取触发器、规则等信息，注入至soul/master.md、agent/skills-active.md等核心文件，支持重复执行且会检查更新版本。典型场景为新技能安装后快速接入系统，或手动触发对接，输入为指定触发词，输出为完成文件注入并确认。

Skill Onboarder

Purpose

Auto-wire new skills. On trigger, reads skill files → wires to core system.

Matches: "installed", "new skill", "onboard", "wire skill", "onboarding"

Future: Auto-fires on skill:post-install event (not yet implemented)

Process

Detect trigger → extract skill name
