Purpose

Route Xcode project-configuration implementation tasks to the minimum required Xcode Knowledge Contracts. Scope is Xcode GUI/project-file configuration only — no xcodebuild CLI, no CI signing automation (fastlane, match), no Swift Package Manager build configuration.
